SUP Manuel Antonio: Stand Up Paddleboarding Tours

We pick you up at your hotel to come explore the coastline and its abundance of wildlife and plants with us, making stops along the way to rest and relax at different beaches not visited on any other tour.  The tour begins from one of two beaches according to the weather conditions. One of them could be Playa Naomi, a perfect spot in Quepos near the Marina Pez Vela that will allow you begin the tour from a calm bay like beach and to row along the Manuel Antonio coastline.  Another option where you can start the tour is from the public beach of Manuel Antonio, where all of the beauty of a tropical paradise surrounds you, so it is a popular tourist destination with the gorgeous rainforest, ocean, and mountains as the backdrop. Fresh, juicy tropical fruit will fuel you up after the tour. We go at your pace, whether you wish to exercise hard or just float calmly. After this amazing tour we bring you back to your hotel. An excellent activity for any nature lover!

Includes:

All tours include round-trip transportation from/to the guest’s hotel or private residence in Manuel Antonio or Quepos, LUNCH, refreshments (water, coconut water, and fresh fruit), stand up paddleboard, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, rash guard, and an experienced and safe, bilingual (English and Spanish) instructor. Instruction and security talk is given by the instructor  prior to entering the water.

Suitable for:

Guests of all ages in a good health condition.

Times/Duration:

Best early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid the midday heat, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., tour normally lasts 3 hours.

What to Bring:

Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses, towel, appropriate swimwear, waterproof camera.
